We bought a spit sleeper couch (black leather look) from Game (Port Elizabeth) in June of 2012. Then we noticed the two back rests are not aligned correctly but Game did not have a display for us to compare. Also after we sit a few times on the couch, a metal rod starts poking through the left side on both seats. If we don't push it back in, it will tear the fabric leather. A month ago we saw one at the same Games store where we bought it from. But here the back rests are in line. My husband phoned Game and they said they will get back to us. Two weeks ago we went to Game to complain and the guy took our number down (he wrote it on the back of an order book) as the guy in charge was (again) not there. Till today Saturday 23 Feb 2013 we haven't heard from Game. This couch has 1 one year guaranty.
