Thank you Edgars for forcing me to deal with your third party RMCS who made me angry enough to close my account with you after 20 years. They were not capable of sending me a simple simswop letter for a contract that I was not even aware I had through them. The client service and cellphone staff at your Eastgate branch proved to be very unhelpful as well.
