I have bought a Executive leather Bobby couch from Coricraft on 16 October 2010, paid R10540 (fabric protection included).
After almost 2 years, on the one side of the couch against the back rest, the leather looks like it is "wiping off".. Coricraft has sent someone to come and have a look and after several follow-up phone calls and visits to the branch, I received an answer that it is due to wear and tear, and that they are not willing to repair it. We are 2 people in the house and don't even sit on it everyday.
This is totally unacceptable, as I have another leather couch which is almost 5 years old, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.
EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY!!!
