I bought a couch (Black) on Friday 29 at Mitchels Plain Cape Town and i received a call yesterday and today from Mitchels Plain Salesman (Jonathan) telling me that they do not have black couches in stock. I advised him to check with other Game store around and maybe arrange for my couch to be delivered today (black), only to be told that i can be refunded and repurchase the couch from another Game store (Kenilworth Store does have black). I found this service so poor, i was hoping Game could sort this issue without refunding and inconveniencing me. Please help, as i need this couch urgently and also need to avoid the logistics of refunding and repurchasing which i think is time wasting and the possibility of me repurchasing from the same shop is next to none!
