Bought the Vegas sleeper couch on 2012/05/29 for R3999.00 cash. report it broken on 2013/03/27. they pick it up on 18/04/2013 lent me one broken couch from the store. receive my couch back on 2013/05/31. I spoke to Yolandi from beares and shepromice to come and visit me on 15/05/2013 but she arrange with me to visit. On 17/05/2013 she came out and took pictures of the couch that the repair. she promise me she will order a new couch and I must wait for 2 weeks please. Now 2 weeks has passed and no phone call or anything from Beares. My I now please have my money back as I paid for something that I am unable to use. They where very quick to help me the day when I bought it, but very slow when we have problems with there stuff... Please help I want now my money back and will shop at another furniture store.
