My fiance and i are regular customers to game stores.
We have bought many appliances, furniture and the like so obviously we were very annoyed and irritated with they poor service.
We had orded a washing machine and sleeper couch to be delivered the same day to our new address.
The washing was delivered but not the sleeper couch, that was only delivered too days later!!!
Their was no communication on the matter or any apologies.
This is a very bad representation for a company big or small.
Customers should be given vouchers for this kind of inconvenience.
