In end of november I went to the store to open a credit account nd was helped by the lady names Aretha, nd every went well nd was even told that I can start paying end of january, problem started in end of december 2012 when I start receiving sms reminding me of my payment, so I called the sales lady nd she told me that the head office made a mistake nd it will be sorted bt it never did as I kept receiving calls from their african bank head office about my account in arreas nd I kept on explaining to them that I can start paying end of january nd I went into the store nd I was told that I'm not the only one complaining bt again nothing was done about it nd I told the manager that I won't pay for that installment as I knew nothing about nd that was not explain or agreed to when I took the contract, to make it worse yesterday morning arnd 8:15am I receive a call from the same manger by the name of Kgomotso who was very rude nd told me that if I don't pay they will garnish, so I asked her if that was a threat bt she had an attitude didn't wana listen to me so I hung up.
