Constant phone calls re outstanding amount

I took a loan with African bank in 2008. I never missed a payment. I had to change bank details so I phoned ALL my creditors to inform them of the change. I spoke to someone from African bank to check when my contract will be finished. I was told the end of January 2009 my last installment would be deducted. I WAITED till end January before opening a new bank account. "Last installment deducted 08/02/2009. I then opened a new account and transferred all my debit orders except for AFRICAN BANK. 6 months later I get a call to say I still owe them one installment. I was retrenched that time, so the consultant told me to send the letter and they would write it off. Its almost 5 years later and im still receiving calls from various attorneys and debt counselors. Despite after sending my documents to every company, its still not sorted. When is someone going to actually LOOK at the documents Im sending instead of passing it on to the next. I would like to listen to two phonecalls. 1) First call made by myself to check WHEN last payment was due. 2) Phone call from african where they said this amount would be written off due to retrenchment. If im in wrong, i will gladly pay. Please sort out
