On the 19 Dec 12 I lodged a complaint with Hello Peter because of my bedroom suite I ordered on the 20 Nov 12 that was not delivered. I requested for the order to atleast be delivered before Christmas as they were a gift but that never happened. We got a call from a lady called Kerusha who told us the stock was in Mthatha branch and were awaiting confirmation from the warehouse to advise when the delivery would take place. They delivered only the bed and said the rest will follow, but never did. I was called twice to come to the branch to cancel and redo a new contract & I did that. We kept getting calls from Kerusha who is very good on apologizing for any inconvenience caused & keeps promising that our query will be sorted ASAP. I'm really sick & tired of the I've been getting from Ellerines & I just to cancel my order with them because they just cannot keep up to their promises. I don't want to receive any smses or phone calls from them to start paying the account. I can't start paying if they have not delivered my orde
