EDGARS HORROR!

I opened an Edgars account last year in May. That was the worst mistake i had ever made in my life. I was given a credit limit of R5 500 which i asked to be alleviated but the lady told me that it could only be alleviated after i use the card. Ever since i opened my account, i have NEVER received a monthly statement.

I would pay my monthly installments but it just seemed like the balance wasn't changing. I went back to the store and reported the issue of the statements and they promised me that i would start getting my statements, which didn't happen. Then i asked them to alleveiate my credit limit to R2000 and they assured me that they did. The following month i go back and buy a few things then i realise that my limit has been increased to R5 500 AGAIN!!

In december when i went to pay my installment, i was told to pay double then i wouldn't need to pay in January, which i did. I continued paying in February up to recently. I am now receiving messages and phone calls saying that my account is overdue because i skipped a payment in January. Why wasnt i told anything in February?? And why am i still not getting my statements??

I need an explanation today!!!
