Please send me the needed documentation

Could you please send me the documentation for the ICD10 and billing codes needed for all our Authorized Chronic benefits as requested numerous times

Please send me a detailed tax sheet so that we can see how you calculated the amount not covered by the scheme for the tax year of 2013

Please resubmit the Du bussions account for the chronic department as it is part of the chronic benefits for follow up blood work

Please process our claim for Dr Prinsloo under the Chronic visit still available for 2013

Please pay Dr Tjallinks for the R96.75 as we have full hospital cover and we have an authorization number

Why is every single claim a mess

Why must I get angry and call and email the whole time are you incapable to process a claim or to give me feedback if there is a problem with a claim? I am seriously going to have a heart attack

And don't send me emails to rate a service if the person that needs to be rated did not even phone me in the first place

Don't get a Client relations person to phone me when I have chronic claims issues because they have no idea what is going on (Louise)

My wife has full authorization on the system to handle all complaints etc so phone/email he
