Why is every single claim a mess
Why must I get angry and call and email the whole time are you incapable to process a claim or to give me feedback if there is a problem with a claim? I am seriously going to have a heart attack
And don't send me emails to rate a service if the person that needs to be rated did not even phone me in the first place
Don't get a Client relations person to phone me when I have chronic claims issues because they have no idea what is going on (Louise)
