No feedback or Turnaround time Cellphone claim

I made a cellphone claim at the Foschini store in Bellville on the 7 Feb 2013 and i still have not received any feedback what so ever. Could i please get an update on how the process of my claim is and when can i visit the store to callect my phone replacement. My phone was out of my bag via pick pocketing on the 6 Feb at the Bellville Bus terminusat about 18h30 i reported this at the Bellville police station on the 7 Feb early morning and also called MTN to have my phone blocked. I was issued with case number 259/2/2013 and i submitted all the required documents for my cliam at the store. But ive still heard absolutely nothing with regards to my claim im so dissapointed as i was told even if i were to be robbed upon leaving the store after purchasing my phoe the phone was covered immedaitely and id get a new for with in 7day but now that i have been robbed there nothing whats so ever being done about that. What am i suppose to do as i need a phone as in yesterday
