No delivery, incorrect tracking number. Wifly seems to be going out of business. Email transcript follows.

Jan 30 Wifly: Your order from Wi-Fly has been shipped.
Feb 4th Me: Please resend me the tracking number, I get no result with online tracking!
Feb 9th Wifly: i will see for you and make contact asap
Feb 13th Me: I have not received a tracking number or a shipment yet. It has been 7 working days, how should I proceed?
Feb13th Wifly: i will look and make contact with you asap
Feb14th Me: Any news?
Feb 18th Me: I need a tracking number for order 12045.
Twice you have said you would get back to me, and twice you have not.
I will make a post on HelloPeter tomorrow if no answers are forthcoming. I see there are two posts already, maybe a third one will help.
Feb 19th Wifly: dirk it was shipped will send you a image of the tracking slip asap
Feb 21st Me: Please cancel my order and refund me for the purchase.

I am waiting for a refund.
