I am extremely disappointed with the Pharmacist at North Cliff corner. I have been waiting for my medication for over a month now. I find the attitude of the Pharmacist totally unprofessional and extremely unhelpful.
I need the medication urgently, and still do. I went to the pharmacist and told him the script is difficult, it really isnt, however everyone except Wilma has got it wrong. He started to get the medication normal release and SR mixed up. He should have looked at the script to see what it was. I explained to him that i need both. This medication is for extreme stress and panic attacks. Despite my visit the next day to say I am short 30 tablets, I was told Clicks is offline I asked the pharmacist does he know how to sort it out, otherwise i would get Wilma to help him. He said he didn't need any assistance. I have been back numerous times to be told Clicks is offline. He told me he would call me numerous times, which of course he never did. I find him to be arrogant. I have recently been hi jacked, and a member of my family is not well. Why is it that one has to go to extreme measures to get something done? We are not talking smarties here.
