How to treat a custome

We purchased a Police watch from Truworths in Tyger Valley last December. Earlier this year the whole interior of the face of the watch came apart. We took it in to Truworths who sent it away for repair. We received it 7 or 8 weeks later, but the watch still did not work properly.
We took it back to Truworths on the 9th of November and Michelle promised to deal with the Police representative to ensure that the repair would be urgent. On the 29th of November I called Truworths to follow up. The jewellery staff were not available and I left my contact details, but they never called me back. On the 30th my husband and I went to Truworths only to find the watch still in the cupboard, never sent for repair.
Entrance Leelyn, the acting manager, who took over our complaint. She dealt with us with such a professional, friendly and efficient manner and effectively changed what could have been an ugly encounter into one where I am left complimenting Truworths instead of complaining. Look after this lady as she is an asset to your company. Thank you Leelyn and we will continue to shop at Truworths because of you.
