Bad Customer service, at the first week of July, I sent my phone for a warranty assessment, i never received a responce from MTN or Truworths informing me about the progress.on the 15th of July I phone MTN Repairs, they gave me a reference number and told me to go back to Truworths so that i can get my phone, and I went to Truworths this Sunday, the lady on the counter gave me a bad attitude when she was telling me that they never a phone from MTN.I dont know maybe its because of the colour of my skin.
