I bought a black pair of jean form Truworths, Boulders in Midrand only to find that the jean's material is fluffy and of poor quality. I did not wear the jean, I returned the jean to the store (Boulders) complaining about the same, but the both the branch manager and Area manger refused to exchange or refund me but i was told by TRUWORTH that there is nothing wrong with the jean.
Unfortunately as a customer and a consumer of the product, I see everything wrong about that jean and about they treated me as a customers. I am very disappointed in a way Truworths has handled the whole jean matter up to this far - my rights as a customer / consumer have been violated!
This kind of experience has deterred me from shopping at Truworths Boulders and any other Truworths shop. I used to love this brand until now... I think I must start looking for another clothing shop that can treat me with respect and dignity as a customer. Even the Consumer Protection Act does protect me as a customer and the consumer of your goods against unfair, unreasonable, unjust or improper trade practices. That's exactly what I feel Truworths is doing to me concerning this matter.
Any one help, please!!!
