Terrible Service

I ordered a pram 3- 4 weeks ago from your Centurion branch, I never heard anything back from them so I went to the Atterbury branch to see if I could get it there. They said they had stock and would deliver it to the centurion branch for me, that was 2 weeks ago.

I have been to the Centurion branch 3 times personally and phoned them 4 -5 times each time speaking to someone else who cannot give me an answer.

When I was in the store on Monday there were 2 other customers who told me not to bother as the service is terrible.

Bernard the Manger of the Centurion branch (well that is what I have been told) has never been there once in all my visits.

I now tried to phone the head office to complain but to no surprise there was no answer.

I will now also proceed to report this terrible service on Hello Peter.

It is a shame that you expect customers to spend their hard earned money in your stores yet your staff just can't be bothered to do the job which they are paid to do.

I do not expect a response to this e-mail as that would be a miracle.
