We moved to Ballito in December. I went to the Ballito branch and changed my address, we also asked them to make sure that my new card is sent to the Ballito branch. I got an SMS stating that my card is in Centurion. I enquired about this and after the second time someone from Centurion phoned me and said that I have to go to the Ballito branch and ask them to phone Centurion so that they can send my card to Ballito. Wow, what a chick! I expect my card to be sent to the correct branch. I do not mind switching banks. Please do not phone me unless it is to collect my card at the Ballito branch.
