What an attitude I got from Game staff

Everytime I need something from Game centurion especially, I must suffer. I tried to call several times, trying to get hold of the lighting deparment manager, no one is willing to help, the manager is no where to be found, was transefered to a security guy who deliberatly put the phone down on my ear, forth time this young woman told me she cannot help me as she is helping other customers and sis Thoko is not around and she is the one who is responsible to answer phone calls, I asked her for a name but she refused to give it to me, she then put the phone down.
I WANT TO KNOW THE STORE MANAGER of this branch, service is very poor, surely he is not doing his job.
I need to sit down with the him/her and adress some few issues, from the paints department (Wilson) has been treating us badly everytime we go there to buy paint from last year, the whole staff is so rude, they dont know how to treat customers. I AM FED UP WITH GAME CENTURION.
