Early October I noticed that there had been some transactions done from my credit card without my consent or knowledge so I approached my nedbank branch in centurion to assist me, which they did (thank you) my issue is the card risk division, they were really not helpful at all. they kept on say that they sent me emails requesting information to the centurion branch every time I went to find out what was happing regarding my compliant, my cards were changed after I continuously made my own follow up since no one was telling me anything and they still sent one of the cards to the wrong branch, talk about terrible customer care. 2 months later I find out after approaching the centurion branch again that I am expected to provide an affidavit, claiming what I have no idea. Nedbank please please treat your customers like they matter. no one really wants to see their money disappear without any consent, and in turn not receive any feedback and have to stand in queues to find out what you could have just told them over the phone. we give you out contact details use them
