Upon transferring money from my Standard Bank Blue Bean credit card to another account, they charged me R530.90 for the transaction, without telling me that this will be the charge for the transfer. I investigated this matter with a consultant Maria at customer care in the Centurion branch. Apparently this amount should be less. She promised to discuss with Blue Bean CC and get back to me. 2 Weeks later, with no response whatsoever, i called again and her excuse was that she had to first escalate the matter to her manager before she could log a complaint and was waiting for feedback or instructions. I was promised to get feedback the week later, this was 4 weeks ago. Since then nobody has called me, no explanation. Conveniently they have forgotten about me, after all they already have their R530.90. Why would they bother to follow up with me. I'm very furious and angry, no point in speaking to Maria or the Centurion branch, so instead i would like to share this BAD SERVICE report to the public. Be careful of Standard Bank, especially Centurion branch... I WANT ANSWERS!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
