Shocking Customer Service

I have been a member of Leisure Books for over 20 years and have never complained when they have sent me the editors choice book when i have been late or forgotten to place an order timeously with them

HOWEVER

for the first time EVER i asked their help and 2 months ago online i requested someone to pse assist me with a list of all the books i have purchased from them as i am going through a difficult divorce and now need to prove what is mine. This request was ignored.

On 04 Feb i sent a physical email so that i now have proof requesting same. I received a reply from Ziyaad Meyer stating "As requested, a detailed list will be sent as soon as possible." NOTHING happened.

On 13 Feb i send another request mentioning im meeting with my attorney on the 20th and require this list for then... to receive a reply from Angelique Petersen " It was already posted to you and should you be delivered to you shortly."

On 19 Feb i yet AGAIN go to the post office and STILL nothing... so i send another email on 19th advising that there is nothing and why could i not get an electronic copy as this is far easier to manipulate. it was read at 14:10...

20 Feb 11:43 and STILL no reply no HELP!!
