My Fiance bought my wedding ring on the 26th of June 2012, on the 25th of October 2012 i had to send the ring in for repairs because the Diamonds started falling out. The ring came back on the 30th of November 2013 and i was especially cautious about where i wear it. On the 14th of February 2013 the diamonds started falling out again, just keep in mind that i had the ring now for 2 months. Now they want to tell me that i should bring my ring in every time the diamonds fall out. I will not take my ring in every two months for the rest of my life because the product is not up to standard. I sent it in today and if a diamond falls out again, i'm going to demand an exchange on another ring that will not give me problems. Please can we sort out this problem because i'm not in the least happy about the product that is supposed to last a lifetime.
