Paw Paw1, complained on Hello peter about her diamond falling out of her ring for no apparent reason, and NWJ told her she would have to pay to have it repaired, I just want to respond to this trend of NWJ's diamonds falling out of their rings: My husband bought my wedding ring at NWJ, and a diamond fell out of it, white gold, real diamond ring, when I complained to NWJ, they had the most arrogant and horrible attitude, telling me that, they jewellery makers, are highly skilled and they have the best people making the rings and it is not their fault that the diamond fell out and that they will not repair it, everything I look at my ring I am embarrassed to wear it, or to have people look at it, I am not the only one complaining about their diamonds falling out, when I told them they must look at all the complaints on hellopeter about how many people bought rings and the diamonds fell out, they were even more rude and snotty on hellopeter, they didn't even care about their reputation, I regret ever buying my wedding ring at NWJ
