After dating for a long time and saving for the engagement ring, he was able to buy the ring from NWJ and propose in February this year. In September ONE OF THE DIAMONDS HAD FALLEN OUT?? I was heartbroken because I really look after my stuff but with this ring, I took extra care of it. (only using it when I go out and not everyday). After reporting it, we had to pay an additional R1100 for the replacing the diamond.
It's unfair. How can I be responsible for the bad workmanship on the ring!! I was told that I damaged the ring!! HOW?? It stays on my left finger where it was meant to be!!! I'm an auditor, not a mechanic!! It is impossible for me to damage the ring!! There was no force or scratches on the ring. It the most valuable thing to me
It just fell off!! I have the ring back but I'm too weary to wear it again incase another diamond falls out. So what's the point of buying and engagement ring from NWJ when it can't be used. I'm very disappointed in the bad quality of the ring. So how do I get assurance that the ring is safe to wear again?? Should this not be covered by the guarantee/warrantee?? I haven't publicized this as yet on any of the social networks as yet. Pls rectify it
