I bought a bra and panty set from the La Lucia branch, and when I tried it on the next day the bra strap broke. (I have my slips to prove I returned it the very next day.) When I brought it back to the store they refunded me for the broken bra, but said they couldn't take the panties due to hygiene issues. I never for a second expected them to accept a panty returned under normal circumstances, but as this was a product defect and they are a matching set, I expected they would be returned to the supplier as rejects, not returned to the shelves.
I don't see why I should carry the cost of a broken product, this should be the suppliers problem, as I now have a g-string with no matching bra, which I feel is extremely unfair.
I have sent this email to the [Email Removed] email address but have receievd no response.
