On 14/07/2013 I realised that one of the diamonds of my wedding ring had fallen out. I was very angry as it was in fact the third time that one of the diamonds fell out of my wedding ring
My husband purchased this 3 piece white gold diamond ring in Jan 2012. Having worn the ring for a about 2 after we got engaged one of the diamonds of my ring fell out. The ring was then sent in for repairs and diamond replaced. The ring was then sent in for repairs again (2nd time) in June 2013 as yet again a diamond fell out. After having kept my ring for a month I received my fixed ring back on 7/07/2013 and sent it back for soldering (make it one) and got it back on 12/07/2013. Having to replace a diamond (3 times) of a ring that might i mention was NOT CHEAP is unacceptable. All I received from the ladies at the store was an apology, well that wont change the fact the GALAXY SELLS RINGS OF POOR QUALITY AT A HIGH COST. I will never purchase anything from them ever again & and neither I will recommend Galaxy to anyone. My husband is still paying on this ring and I don't see why the only option is to fix it AGAIN. I'm so furious and want this situation resolved ASAP. What products & service!
