I have had an incredibly frustrating time dealing with Hirsch's. I would like to buy a mattress with my discovery miles. The one I chose was first listed at R613 but there was no buy button to actually purchase it. Over a week ago they told me there was stock and they would fix the website so I can purchase it. In the last week the price as gone from R613 to R579 and now to R859. However I STILL CAN NOT buy it online. The agent told me they fixed it on Tuesday but it still wasn't working. He then send me a link which was incorrect. Since then (last week Thursday) they have not responded to any of my mails.
