I phoned Terry on 28 March 2013 regaring an Elegance Ice Cream Maker which was on sale. He informed me that they did not have stock but if I paid the item that day, I could still get it at the discounted price and he will order the item for me. I went into the store and paid for the item, Terry promised he would order the item. I told him I needed it for a birthday present by mid April 2013. After 2 weeks I phoned Terry to enquire about the purchased item, no stock yet. After a week I phoned again but Terry was not available, he phoned me back the following day. He informed me they still did not have stock but they will get it in the following 2 weeks. This was 4 weeks ago. Hirsch's website still advertise the item but still does not have stock. Terry still has not phoned me back to appologise for the lack of stock or to offer my money back. Needless to say, I had to fork out extra money to buy the birthday present. This was my first purchase from Hirsch an it will definitely be my last.
