I have an mtn top up package trying to get the bis for blackberry activated, went to mtn was shoved from pillar to post, sent to autopage was sent to rcms, they are so asleep they cannot even verify my phone number, ffs I am paying for this so what is the issue it is months and nothing has happened, can you activate the bis option and get finished or what must I do to get this done
