I ordered my Defy stove online on Monday at 10.06. It was delivered on Tuesday afternoon. I opened the extractor and found a small dent. I contacted the despatch (didn't get his name) and a replacement was sent on Wednesday! Excellent service from an online store! Well done! You will definitly get me next order Thank you!
