I took the DVD player (LG HT806SH) in on Saturday for 'repairs' as the radio on this machine does not work. I was told by the consultant that it will take two weeks for this DVD player to be returned.
This is not good customer service. It's not the consultant's fault, he is relaying a message that this company made up.
Why would it take two weeks for a DVD player to be fixed or even replaced?? If it is being flown to JHB then it should be back in Cape TOWN by Friday.
Please advise why your customer service is so SWAK. I don't appreciate it.
