Kindly assist me with my query, I bought a Hoover CV015 vacuum cleaner in August 2012 at Cape Gate Pick and Pay in Brackenfell.
The vacuum cleaner suddenly stopped working this morning, I started to see smoke then I switched it off completely.
I am just very disappointed as it is a new vacuum cleaner which we used 3 times per month.
As i trust the Hoover brand when it comes to vacuum cleaners, I somehow did not keep the receipt.
Can you kindly advise what I can do as I have the box with all accessories and it seems so unfair that the vacuum just stopped working after 6 months.
