Ordering of a plastic grid for a brand new vacuum cleaner seems an impossible task for LG. 6 months after requesting the specific item there has been no feedback or response.
Expensive vacuum cleaner therefore absolutely useless.
Total disinterest in customer satisfaction.
Doubt if I will buy anything from LG ever again.
