In September I dropped my vacuum cleaner off for repair, it was just 18 months old.; Samsung advised me the vacuum cleaner was irreparable as parts were no longer available. However it was agreed that they would do a depreciated buyback on a replacement Samsung vacuum cleaner. I paid this amount across on the 6th December. I still do not have a replacement and now I cannot contact anyone regarding this. I gave up calling in after holding on for 35 minutes.
