I have purchased a Hoover Vacuum cleaner on the 20 December 2011.I was on holiday and returned back on the 30 January 2013.When i plugged my vacuum it didnt come on.
So i took the vacuum back to GAME and they said that they will have to send it in for repairs at no charge and it will take 21 days.
Up till today i have to phone to follow up and then they say they will phone the suppliers to find out how far they are with the repairs. I have to phone and follow up otherwise they wont bother to give me feedback.
