I bought a vacuum cleaner in Dec. It stopped working in Feb. I took it to the store to be repaired. I was called to pick it up. I went to go collect in May. To my disgust. My vacuum was given to someone else. They said they would get it back from the person who took it. And call me to come collect it. I'm still waiting.its like I just gave my money away to Makro. I don't even have a broken vacuum cleaner to show what I did with that money. And the lady who promised to call me back doesn't even care.
