AEG, in the wrong way

Bought an AEG vacuum cleaner about a year ago, I've been trying to get filter bags for the same vacuum and cannot get them anywhere. Sent an email to your customer care, that was about 3 weeks ago, maybe even longer, still no reply.
Had I known it was a disposable vacuum cleaner, that you throw away once the filter bag was finished, I would have bought another make.
