I have been battling for 5 months shoved from pillar to post spoken to at least 12 different call centre agents, received a hundred different call centre references, and to date my upgrade has still not been finalized. It has been excuse after excuse and the current one is that they cannot find a collection/cancellation in order to do the upgrade from the 9th of September. I have never ever received such a poor level and drastic lack of service, commitment, customer care, there is a complete lack of customer service and accountability is non existent.
