At the beginning of July 2011 I've received a call from one of the Autopage telemarketer, he explained his
package that he was selling. At first I was interested on his package but I explained to his that I had a contract with MTN that was due to expire on the 20th September 2011and I also want to migrate with my current number I've asked him to call me after MTN contract expires. He said to me I must not worry he's gonna send the package I must not activate it until my MTN contract expires. I didn't see a problem with that. Two weeks later I received the package and I kept it as I was told. To my suprise on the very same month of July an amount of R633 was taken from my account, I went to Standard bank to investigate that I was told that Autopage took that money. I called Autopage to find out what was the problem, I was sent from pillar to post I almost end up speaking to all their staff. I did not get any answer, end of August 2011 an amount of R333 was taken from my account I call them again I went through the same trauma they made me stupid. I end up calling the activation department, a lady who was very rude said, you can't keep the package without paying for it. Incomplete.
