I bought shoes for my kids on the 26 of January, the shoes were too small, so I returned them a day later. I was told that a refund would go through my debit card with in 24 hours. Nearly a month later and lots of following up, I still do not have my refund. Every time I phone, the manager (Alzane) promises to follow up and let me know whats happening, to date - not one call received from them. I am now tired of begging and have wasted money in phone calls and driving there to follow up. This is actually disgusting.
