On the Nd of the current calender month i Richy and my mother Albertina Gaebee we went to the Lewis store at No 4 pretorius street Christiana. my mother offered to by me a Telefunken lcd tv but for some reason we could not get it. that was on satuday. so on Sunday i came back to gauteng, on Monday the consultant from the same store gave me a call to ask me if i would like to choose something else. so i asked him to check for me what they got on home theater system. he told me that they can give me a LG home theater. cause i was in Gauteng so i asked them to check around my area if they had stock and i also checked with other lewis stroe they didn't't have store. now the problem is a lack of communication with the customer of witch is me. everyday they i phone this guys to find out what is happening how far are they with my deal. one thing they can tell me is that they'll call me but they don't phone me back. so i need this guys to get back to me as soon as possible like today. and they must make a point that i get systerm today. thanks
