I'm a fochini account holder, i lost my job and couldnt pay my accounts for 2 years and now am getting call from two collection company on behalf of foschini and both want my banking details for debit order of which i cant provide cause i'm now confused who should really debit my account, i wanna pay my account but dont know how, i asked for another payment method like paying at one of their retail stores but was told i cant as it has been sent to collections agencies. Please help as both this companies are treathning with blacklisting my name of which i know it almost there.
