I bought a frigde last year (2012) at Lewis and now the frigde is not working I tried to call them but the lady was very rude and couldn't help me then I decided to go straight to the store they told me they will send technicians to check the fridge, until today I'm still waiting its been a month now. When I try to call them they transefer the call to someone else and that person just keep quite until I drop the call. I'm going to open a case for Lewis now I'm tired they must just stop taking people from the street who doesn't even know how to speak to clients on the phone. They are very rude
