Unsettled Disability claim

I submitted a disability claim with lewis stores mid/end July 2013 and up until today it has not been processed. I went to the store again towards the end of September and the lady i submitted my claim with couldnt find the claim in their files I dont know what happened to it but I think she lost it..I asked her what must i do with the payments and she told me i mustnt pay until the claim has been finalised

What I dont like is that the people from the same store they phone and tell me that i must pay the account which means they dont have means of communication within the store.
prior to submitting the claim with this store i submitted the same claim with lewis stores ladysmith and they did their job well and within no time the account was paid out.

so to me if things are happening like this i think its just the incompetency of the staff at lewis johannesburg.

Yesterday i received a letter from the stores legal department saying that if i dont pay my account they will hand it over.

I am tired of phoning them because even when i go there they come up with excuses and i leave the store with more uncertainty or doubts that they are doing their job.
