Still waiting for my refund

I sent an amount of R3000 to my sister and asked her to buy a double bed for my mother and suggested that she goes to Lewis since I have been their customer for several years now. She bought the double bed on the 9 Dec 2013 the cost was? R2700. A week passed by with no bed being delivered, half way the second week the 17ish of Dec I called the store and I spoke to the Manager the name is Asanda and she promised it will be delivered the same day, two days (after my phone call) went pass without the bed being delivered. Eventually on the 3rd day (two weeks after my sister purchased) they delivered a wrong bed which my sister did not choose. My sister sent the bed back with the delivery guys.

On Monday morning I sent my niece to Lewis in QTN to ask for a refund, I asked her that she must go speak to the manager, Asanda. When she was there the Manager said she can not give her the money back she must wait for the ff week and she will deduct the money for the WRONG delivery they made, no explanation as to why she must wait for the ff week and when exactly. Until today 16/01/2014 I'm still waiting for my money from lewis stores
