Lewis cannot treat it's best customers to the best of it's ability. I made a call to Lewis to come and collect my LCD 42 inch Telefunken TV on the 28th Oct 2013, it was picked up and was apparently taken to Alberton and was in the hands of Eric according to Collen. I was told that it would take 15 working days as it was not the only TV that needed to be fixed. I understood and kept quiet and waited until today. Today i feel so irritated, angry and humiliated by the fact that i have been calling and texting Collen numerous times to give me feedback. I'm starting to be impatient and i have been very calm but this situation is driving me insane, not having a television in my home because of Lewis's irresponsible behavior towards it's valuable customer.
