Incorrect billing and poor service

1. i have been trying to change my address since year 2011 and it was not changed till today.
2. on 16/02/2013 i went to Edgars at riverside mall to buy when i realized that i had misplaced my card. i spoke to the manager who advised me to go and do a new card at Jet stores and i immediately did so. The store has no section for inquiries and i ended p asking for assistance from one of the ladies who also first gave me an attitude and eventually some one else assisted me. Duduzile kindly assisted me with a new card and printed a slip for me to sign and confirm that i did receive a new card n i did so and went back to Edgars. On my arrival at Edgars i was told that my account is blocked and i must go back to Jet to unblock it. at Jet they called Edcon customer service and who ever they communicated with did not ask to speak to me instead i was given a slip that i am owing and i did not pay my account. i did not understand how come as i had paid the R1720 that was due for the month of January.i need someone to explain why my Account was blocked without even contacting me if there is an amount outstanding. and i want to know how come Edgars refused to assist by contacting customer line
