Shocking Service-Workers incompetent!

I purchased a lounge suit through Lewis Store in East London. They told me that a debit order cannot be set up immediately only after 3 months they can set up a debit order. So for 3 months i had to make a trip down to Oxford Street to make my payments after which i instructed them to deduct my payment via debit order. The very following month i got rude calls saying payments have not been made where i told them that they were to deduct via debit order like arranged. My request fell on deaf ears to the point that my fianc? had to take off work to go tell them and make the payment in store. I was also charged interest. The following month the same thing happened and i had to take off work again to go to Lewis and this time demanded that something be done. The lady clicked around on her computer and told me that it was all sorted and it will be debited the next month. i kid you not, this month the same thing has happened!!! Then i made a phone call to the store were they promised to get back to me and i am still waiting... Lewis what is going on??? you are destroying my credit reference and money from me. Something needs to be done i am absolutely shocked with your disgusting
